What to Expect?
Equipment Commissioning
• Following your facility preparation efforts, an experienced ETS Trainer will fully commission your new equipment on-site at your facility, ensuring the extractor and ancillary equipment has been installed properly.
• Your ETS Trainer will inspect system components and perform pressure and vacuum tests.
• Virtual options are available to accommodate potential unique timelines due to 3rd party inspections and local requirements.
On-Site Training
• Your ETS Trainer will read through our comprehensive operations manual with all trainees, addressing key safety processes and highlighting extraction essentials.
• Using only solvent, your ETS trainer will demonstrate proper operation of the equipment, emphasizing the appropriate temperatures and pressures at which to run your machine, troubleshooting techniques, and routine maintenance.
• Each trainee will demonstrate they can correctly and safely operate the equipment and will receive an ETS training certificate upon completing and passing an exam.
Consulting
• Our Consulting program goes above and beyond basic training, covering a wide range of pre-operational and operational processes including license and application assistance, machine run efficiency, post processing techniques, diamond production and color remediation chromatography (CRC) with media.
• Receive hands-on consulting at your facility addressing questions related to efficiency, process improvement and new product development.
• ETS offers SOPs for a variety of products such as badder, wax, shatter, and CRC.
