Matthew Ellis is the founder, lead designer and chief executive officer of ExtractionTek Stainless LLC. He is recognized as a leading expert on hydrocarbon extraction equipment for the cannabis industry. Matthew co-founded Organa Labs, Colorado’s first licensed Manufacturer of Infused Products in 2009. Established in response to the growing need for well manufactured, safe equipment for the emerging industry, Matthew founded ExtractionTek Stainless in 2011. Work quickly began on the design that set the standard for closed-loop extractors, The ETS 1300. As the industry continued to expand, Matthew continued to meet the needs and innovate the technologies, products and services extraction clients and regulatory agencies require to ensure the safety of its operators and facilities. As of July 2016, Matthew was awarded the United States Design Patents for all three models ExtractionTek Stainless offers to the industry. Matthew continues to develop the latest innovations in machine and process design for the growing Extraction Industry.

Sean Winfield is a Brand and Marketing Strategist who serves as Chief Marketing Officer of ExtractionTek Stainless LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of closed-loop hydrocarbon extraction equipment for the emerging cannabis market. Sean leads overall sales operations, customer retention and marketing strategy for the company. After spending over 2 decades working in sales and marketing across multiple industries, Sean entered the cannabis industry in 2014. Mr. Winfield’s unique blend of industry knowledge and traditional sales techniques offers a unique, modern understanding of the cannabis industry. Sean graduated with honors from West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Advertising.

As a Director of Sales and Customer Success, Josh Recibe brings over 20 years of experience to his role at ETS. His roots were planted in Germany at the Department of Defense where he learned the importance of structure and procedural development. From there he traveled back to the US to take on the technology sector—training and supervising staff while implementing effective programs to streamline customer satisfaction. Josh’s distinct background blends the need for structure with the ability to implement creative solutions all while catering to the needs of customers and building up morale in his team. Josh started out as a third culture kid that has transformed into a multicultural leader in the cannabis industry. His multi prong approach to company wide success has proved to be essential at ETS; the leader of closed loop extraction equipment. When Josh isn’t in a meeting or catching up on emails he is answering the call of the mountains with his wife, newborn son and three dogs.

Dustin Mahon is a proven cannabis industry professional and the Director of Consulting for ETS. In 2012 Dustin founded his first legal hydrocarbon extraction company in Colorado, Better Concentrates. In 2015 he founded one of Colorado’s and at the time, the world’s largest cannabis processing facilities, EC labs. Dustin has been influential in local, state and national codes and regulations by touring and training regulatory officials from all over the world. Specializing in the extraction, formulation and infusion of high potency cannabinoid-based medicines, his operational experience in the City and County of Denver is an invaluable asset for the ETS family. Dustin joined ETS after selling his facility in Denver in 2020 to start a new consulting division. He bridged the gap into the collegiate field by designing the worlds first cannabis extraction lab at a Nationally Accredited University. Dustin is recognized as an associate research professor with the University. Dustin not only directs the consulting division, but provides technical insight and documentation for multiple departments throughout the company.

Danielle Vink is an organizational leadership and individual development focused professional, who very much enjoys her role as Director of Human Resources and Payroll with ExtractionTek Stainless. With a long and colorful background in many industries and varied roles, Danielle has always held positions within the same scope: working with people and organizations, helping to bring out the best in each individual and the team as a whole, always looking for upward growth and development. Danielle has a true passion for helping people recognize what makes them ‘tick’ and finding ways to be successful in their desired direction of growth. As an artist and creative mind herself, Danielle can be found tinkering on home improvement projects, or pieces of art, taking photos or digging around in the garden, reading, writing, baking and cooking or just enjoying a good movie and cup of tea.

Eric “Swiss” Wilhelm, Senior Account Executive, has spent over 10 years within the extraction, cultivation, and product formulation sectors in the cannabis industry. Joining the ETS team in 2013 Eric began by focusing specifically on hydrocarbon extraction systems & product formulation across multiple industry sectors.  Throughout Eric’s tenure at ExtractionTek, he has played key roles in forming ETS’ certified training program, research and development, operations infrastructure, vendor and client relationships, and regulatory compliance. Eric currently works directly with ETS clients, their project teams, and the Authority Holding Jurisdictions who govern the rules and regulations for cannabis processing facilities in the United States, Canada, and additional International markets.

Elliot Hebert serves as the Technical Liaison of ExtractionTek Stainless LLC, focusing on research and development, operator documentation, and customer vitality for both hydrocarbon and ethanol extractors. Elliot’s early career consisted of 4 years of custom fabrication that aided the construction of oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, 2 years of HVAC contracting work on many for the buildings in downtown Denver and entered the cannabis industry in 2016. His first few years in the industry focused on large-scale hemp processing for local growers in the Boulder area using ethanol, hydrocarbon, and CO2 extraction. Soon after joining the Pinnacle Stainless family and working as a trainer and consultant for all processing equipment needed to take your product from flower to oil. Mr. Hebert’s unique ability for organizing and simplifying internal and external processes leads to more advanced technical achievements and pushes the cannabis industry a little further every day.

Krizzy Menez is a cultivated manufacturing industry professional who serves as the Principal Engineer of ExtractionTek Stainless LLC. She leads cross-functional collaboration and contributes to the research, design, and development of cutting-edge extraction equipment. While her background consists of various other sectors, she’s thrilled to be back in a role where her passion for science, innovation, and engineering is valued and welcomed. Krizzy is extremely excited to jump headfirst into the cannabis industry and help it grow along the way

Shawn P. Cox provides Business Development, focusing on the blossoming Psychedelic Medicine Industry – Mycology specific, at ExtractionTek Stainless LLC. Shawn contributes insight to potential opportunities involving sterilization, cultivation and extraction while applying the ETS motto – Engineered With Purpose. He is a Colorado native that loves the snow and mountains and has worked in the cannabis industry since its inception. Shawn has been involved with a number of business startups and enjoys the challenge of creating and marketing new products.

Merrick Daugherty is a Supply Chain & Manufacturing professional who serves as the Operations Manager of ExtractionTek Stainless LLC. He oversees the day-to-day operations, product quality, and training of new employees. Merrick graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2018 where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a focus on Supply Chain Management. He worked in the automotive industry for 2 years before entering the cannabis industry in 2020. Merrick’s hands on approach has been essential in cross training his team, allowing ETS to keep up with the demand of the growing industry. When Merrick isn’t on the shop floor, he enjoys fresh turns on the slopes and swinging the sticks on the golf course.

Nikki McGinley, joined ETS in 2018, she has rooted herself in the industry providing top level customer relations and services. Nikki has consistently maintained her knowledge for extraction equipment, allowing her to provide customers with the best possible resources for their extraction needs. Coupled with this knowledge, and her passion in the cannabis culture, she continues to accomplish big things with ETS. Nikki is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time with her four legged friend in the outdoors and will never pass up an opportunity to experience travel and new foods.
