The Batch Decarb is a batch style decarboxylation unit that offers operators the ability to process 5-15 liters of crude oil per run. This system preps crude oil for distillation by degassing, devolatizing and decarboxylating the input oil. This design can be operated with either steam or an oil recirculating heater.

With a base footprint of roughly 5’6″ x 3′ 5″ The Batch Decarb was designed to fit in all current and future ethanol extraction facilities. The manageable footprint makes it easy for a single technician to operate.
