The Inline Chilling Skid continuously chills 200 gallons of ethanol supplying 60 gallons per hour of -40°C solvent to feed into the AES for extraction. It consists of 2 tanks; a 200 gallon insulated holding tank where ethanol is stored prior to entering the AES and a 90-gallon recirculation tank that holds the discharged ethanol while the operator removes and refills material bags.
